ELMO Rent buys all new electric cars CITIGOe iV from the warehouse of ŠKODA Tallinn, the country’s largest Škoda dealer. In total 18 of ŠKODA’s first all-electric series cars will be added to our fleet.

“We are keeping pace with global car market trends. While car sales in general have been declining for several years, electric car sales are moving in the opposite direction. The first electric car in the history of ŠKODA, CITIGOe iV, is the second stage of ELMO Rent’s expansion plan this year, and we look forward to the arrival of the next ŠKODA Enyaq in our car fleet in the near future, ”said Enn Laansoo, Jr., CEO of ELMO Rent.

The CITIGOe iV is ŠKODA’s first electric car with a range of up to 260 kilometers and, with its small dimensions, good maneuverability and low fuel consumption, is the ideal youth-friendly city car. This is the most affordable electric rental car in Estonia.

ŠKODA Tallinn is also excited about the new era and the first all-electric city car. “We have taken the next step in saving the environment, and the long-awaited moment in ŠKODA’s history is here, where we can welcome the first-born model, the CITIGOe iV´, an all-electric city car,” said Agata Rosenberg, Marketing Manager at ŠKODA Tallinn.

“For us, this is the beginning of the electricity age. In addition to the Citigoe iV, which has only just arrived in Estonia, a revolution is expected in the beginning of 2021, when ŠKODA will come out with the first electric SUV ŠKODA Enyaq, with a range of up to 500 kilometers! I am pleased to say that the interest in the electric SUV is already very high and first of them will be seen in the ELMO Rent car fleet,” said Rosenberg.

In total, our car fleet will grow to at least 100 environmentally friendly cars this year.
