The turnover of ELMO Rent short-term rental income increased 2.6 times in May compared to last year
The sales turnover of ELMO Rent in May was 125,517 euros (41,299 euros in May 2021, an increase of 204%). Of this, short-term rental income amounted to 70,876 euros, which is more than 2.6 times higher than in the same period of the previous year (27,064 euros in May 2021).

In comparison to the April result, the turnover of short-term rentals increased by 15% in the last month (61,553 euros in April 2022 vs. 70,876 euros in May 2022). However, in comparison with the same time period, the total sales turnover decreased by 35% (the total sales turnover was 191,808 euros in April 2022 and 125,517 euros in May 2022). The sales turnover in May includes short-term rental and revenue from the resale of electric cars with the aim of bringing those cars back to rent.
The number of registered new clients increased 2 times compared to the previous year (289 in May 2021, 581 in May 2022) and decreased 20% comparing to month before (723 in April 2022).

With the sales turnover and the addition of new clients, ELMO Rent attaches equal importance to the CO2 emissions saved in the urban space by environmentally friendly cars. In May, ELMO Rent electric cars covered 326,118 km (265,580 km in April 2022), saving more than 39,786 kg CO2 emissions, what is 23% more than month before (32,401 kg CO2 in April 2022).
